We're continually updating PlayOn - both cloud and home - and not all of the issues that folks run into are the result of a bug. You've been talking about finding other options for months yet you still land back here to make negative posts. No answer I provide is ever going to change your opinion. Frankly the energy it takes to remain positive while trying to help people and answer questions here in the face of repeated personal attacks is exhausting. But I didn't lock the thread which you assumed was the case just like you assumed I was downvoting. As for the release notes thread - I'll own that.I did stop updating it and that's on me. And I've repeatedly and consistently replied that I do not downvote anything and I've never censored or locked posts even those that are highly critical of PlayOn or suggesting other software solutions. In the past you've accused me of downvoting any negative posts independent of whether or not I was mentioned or tagged. I don't know what to tell you about the downvote - maybe no everyone feels the same way you do. You have a known issue - for years - and haven't done a thing to address it. Literally goes along the lines of "customer puts in ticket, ticket sits for days (hint: days > 2), response is along the lines of "hey, we just pushed a bunch of changes, why don't you try again" (that is - customer, do our jobs please) "I'm closing your ticket, buh bye!" Lather, rinse, repeat.Īnd you know what, if the 'fix' many times is: "while server running, delete cache, stop server, start server, wait 60 minutes and try again", for years and years, one might think one might actually figure out what ones bug is in their software with regards to the cache and fix it. Your support "system" blows - hugely blows. Must have just been a coincidence I guess. It is funny how every comment that references you - every single one - gets a single downvote shortly after. Create a new stickied post - instead of just ignoring us all for months on end and not putting out release notes - like you said you would. Why don't you start a new thread if it got locked and you didn't want it to? You are a mod here after all. You haven't updated release notes in months. This is like the only place we can get confirmation from others of issues, discover workaround from other customers about issues, and so on. You haven't spent any time on here in months. Wow - blast from the past :) welcome back!
